Guide

Using ScripturePath with this week's lesson

Start from the lesson's key passage

Most weeks centre on one or two key texts. Prepare a pack on the main passage and use it next to your quarterly for deeper background and fresh questions.

Set your tradition once

Choose Adventist (Seventh-day), Seventh Day Baptist / Church of God (7th Day) or Messianic. The pack is labelled for Sabbath (or Shabbat), and the application can speak of meeting next Sabbath, as in the sample below.

Lead the discussion, not a lecture

Hand out the sheet, read the passage together, and spend most of the time on the questions. The teacher's outline has the answers to the fill-in notes.

Preaching on Sabbath too?

The same pack includes a sermon or teaching outline and service slides, so a lay preacher can prepare the divine service from the same study.

Messianic congregations

Choosing Messianic labels the pack for Shabbat. The study itself stays the same: verse by verse, with the passage quoted word for word and Christ at the center.

Prepare before Friday evening

Generate the pack early in the week and print on Thursday or Friday, so preparation is finished before the Sabbath begins at sunset.

How it works

From passage to print in four steps

  1. 01

    Choose your tradition

A Sabbath-keeping tradition sets the day and service labels across the pack.

  2. 02

    Enter the passage

The key text for this week's lesson, or any passage you are teaching.

  3. 03

    Read and adapt

Use the study as background. Keep what serves your class.

  4. 04

    Print or project

Handout for the class (A4 or US Letter), outline for you, slides for the screen.

Scripture quoted word for word

Verses come from the King James Version (1769) or the Berean Standard Bible. Both are public domain and stored with the app, so every verse on your study, slides and handout is the published text. Scripture is never edited, paraphrased or generated.

One foundation, every tradition

Every study is written inside historic, Trinitarian Christian faith with Christ at the center. Your tradition changes emphasis, terms and the day of worship, never the foundation. About ScripturePath

Questions

Frequently asked

Is this the official Sabbath School quarterly?

No. ScripturePath is independent and not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any church or denomination. It doesn't copy the quarterly; it prepares its own study on the passage you enter.

Which translations are available?

The King James Version and the Berean Standard Bible, both public domain and quoted word for word. Other translations aren't included; most modern translations are under copyright licences that limit this kind of use.

Does the doctrine change for my tradition?

Your tradition changes emphasis, terms and the day of worship. Every study stays inside the same historic, Trinitarian Christian foundation.

Can the handout show our church name and the Sabbath date?

Yes. Add your church or group name and the date, and the handout header shows them with ‘Sabbath worship’. Choose A4 or US Letter.

Is it free?

The free plan includes 3 free packs to start, then 1 every month, each with the full study and handout, plus watermarked previews of the slides and outline. Paid plans add more packs and the full slides and outline.
